Church at the Mission (CATM) Staff

Rev. Matthew Parker is the Lead Pastor/Director of Church at the Mission. Having served with Yonge Street Mission since 1985, Matthew is a graduate of the Humber College and York University music programs and has a Master’s degree from Wycliffe College, University of Toronto. He is ordained with the Evangelical Missionary Church of Canada.

Rev. Ronda Nychka is Associate Pastor of Church at the Mission. An Anglican priest and a former prima ballerina, Ronda has a Master’s degree from Trinity College, University of Toronto.

Rev. Jan Rothenburger is Church at the Mission’s Community Outreach Pastor. Jan has served as a pastor at Yonge Street Mission since 1996 at CATM as well as Evergreen Centre, where she focuses on ministry to street-involved women and youth. Jan is a graduate of Tyndale Bible College, and is ordained with the Evangelical Christian Church in Canada.
