This role will be instrumental in training and a staff leadership team who will be even better equipped to lead our initiatives and undertake the cutting edge work of transforming Toronto.
We are seeking a qualified professional with:
PMI PMP certified, 8-10 years’ experience in project management
Preference for experience in non-profit/charitable sector
Experience training project managers for minimum 3-5 years
Minimum 1-2 years of experience conducting classroom project training
Ability to provide project management templates
Be available for 2-3 days to teach course during the last week of February or first week of March 2019, course length is 2-3 days depending upon how course is configured, Tuesday-Thursday 9:30am to 4:30pm
Commit for the duration of the course – course length depends upon how course is configured
Teach a training course on Project Management Essentials/Fundamentals for selected YSM leaders
Develop the details, course outline, agenda, handouts, materials for the course
Be dedicated to others’ learning, clear, instructional, cooperative and collegial
