We are seeking adults with extensive life experience who will be a purposeful positive influence in the lives of a YSM community member.

Mentors are connected one-on-one with a mentee who is on a journey through the steps of being trained in YSM’s employment training and support program.

  • Personal discernment
  • Life skills development and application
  • Peer concerns, stress, and competing life demands
  • Promoting active community involvement
  • Spiritual growth

Who are the mentees?

Our adult participants have great hopes and dreams who require the encouragement and support of a mentor. Adult community members are between the ages of 25 years old to 50 years old and will have made a commitment to being a participant in our Community Services Development program for Adults.
