After 16 years as an executive in Telecommunications, Angie moved into the social profit sector to support initiatives that invest in people and work toward the end of poverty. Just prior to joining YSM in 2013, Angie founded and led ZOE Alliance Inc, a for-profit social enterprise that equipped and empowered village based businesses in developing nations for sustainable growth.
Angie has served on the Advisory Panel to the City of Toronto for the Poverty Reduction Strategy and is currently a part of the Executive Directors Network in Regent Park and a member of the Local Health Integrated Network (LHIN) Mid East Advisory Table. Angie actively supports the development of other leaders and organizations through mentorship opportunities, workshops and speaking engagements.

For the past 35 years, Brent has worked in high poverty communities globally, including 15 years in rural Africa addressing systemic issues. Prior to YSM, Brent held successive positions in leadership and executive roles in the charitable sector. Brent has a Masters in Theology from Tyndale University.
Angela brings to YSM over 17 years of experience building and growing donor relationships for two prominent Toronto charities. She has a strong track record of growing donation revenue streams while cultivating donor loyalty and pride.
