Our housing team can access shelters and transitional housing while collaborating with you to find a permanent housing solution.
Keeping Families
Care management is available for families who have Child Welfare involvement with dependents 19 years or younger, we offer wrap-around support to strengthen and stabilize both you and your family unit with a goal of keeping families together.
