YSM Evergreen is an inclusive, comprehensive centre for street-involved youth in our city. Our wide range of services and programs are specifically designed to meet the unique needs of youth aged 16 to 24.

Services
Meals:
- Meals served inside from 12-2 PM
- Meals served in takeaway containers to facilitate disinfection protocols
- Coffee, snacks and bottled water available daily inside the drop-in
- We are no longer providing take-away meals outside
- Groceries available at YSM Davis Centre Food Bank (270 Gerrard St. E.)
- Tuesday to Friday 10 AM – 12 PM & 1 – 3 PM
Drop-in:
- Evergreen drop-in is open at a reduced capacity
- Masks are required while inside.
- Drop-in staff available to assist with: Masks, wifi, clothes, hygiene supplies, sleeping bags, warm wear, etc.

Evergreen Programs & services

Evergreen’s drop-in is an inclusive, safe and welcoming space offering daily meals, snacks, access to clothing and hygiene products, and a place to rest and enjoy community. Drop-in staff are available to help you navigate Evergreen resources and outside services that may be of value. There are also daily activities such as art, karaoke and workshops to choose from, aimed to help you advance your goals and have fun!
We treat everyone with respect and dignity to help them get to the point where they can move forward and sustain positive change.
Free, delicious, healthy and nutritious lunches are served on weekdays from 12 – 2 PM.
From October to May, hot dinners are also served Monday to Thursday 5 – 6PM.
You’re welcome to enjoy healthy snacks all day long.

Low barrier access to compassionate and non-judgmental health services for youth and their children. OHIP cards are not necessary. All services are free of charge and include foot care, STI testing, chiropractic adjustments, acupuncture, medical, dental care and more.
Mon-Fri, 12:30 – 4:15 PM
If you are a parent, our nursery cares for children while you attend programs or are accessing services at Evergreen. We also offer parenting workshops and a nursery food bank stocking essentials such as formula, diapers and other infant and child necessities.
Do you need help to get off the street?
Our housing team can access shelters and transitional housing while collaborating with you to find a permanent housing solution.

We offer youth employment counselling, skills and a safe space to prepare for employment. Our innovative approach to arranging work placements and developing paid job-readiness programs – including a partnership with Starbucks – help many of our community members find stable employment within two years.
If you haven’t finished high school, we support your efforts to get a GED, the equivalent of a high school diploma. We also work to develop financial literacy skills to help you stay on track and achieve employment certifications and/or a post-secondary education. Let’s talk about your plans and next steps.
Supports rehabilitation and reintegration for youth (16-29) on probation, parole or bail programs by promoting community involvement and connecting youth on probation with training and employment resources.

A social enterprise initiative, which offers meaningful employment to street-involved youth. Work experience includes learning to facilitate crafting workshops to groups and creating handmade products from recycled materials. Learn more and book your workshop here.
