ANGELA SOLOMOS

Angela has served as the VP of Philanthropy at YSM since June 2016, bringing with her over two decades of fund development, corporate sponsorship and leadership experience. Born and raised in Toronto, Angela graduated from Ryerson’s Radio and Television Arts program and worked for several years in the field until her passion for community service and volunteerism led her into the not-for-profit sector – she has never looked back. Having found her calling, she enthusiastically promotes the work of YSM as she leads the organization’s fund development and marketing efforts. Her passion is inspiring people toward action and involvement, believing firmly in YSM’s goal of ending chronic poverty in Toronto in partnership with others.
